No forms will be accepted unless they are properly filled in. Send one only form per booking.

Bookings will only be confirmed together with the cheque or the copy of the transference or once the total amount is charged to the specified credit card number. All forms must be requested in writing.

60 days before entry date, 100% refund.

From 60 to 40 days before entry date, 20% cancellation costs.

From 40 to 20 days before entry date, 60% cancellation costs.

Less than 20 days to entry date, no amount will be refunded by cancellation.

All the refunds will be done once the meeting has finished .
